POST 1: DRAFTSPERSON
LOCATION: DURBAN

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
- Matric certificate
- Qualification in Interior design advantageous
- Proficiency in Revit
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Energetic and prepared to travel and work long hours from time to time
- Ability to operate under pressure
- Artistic flair and attention to detail
- Understand the built environment and retail design
- Ability to work on multiple projects at any given time
POST 2: ADMIN CONTROLLER (CREDIT RISK)
LOCATION: DURBAN
CLOSING DATE: 27 JANUARY 2023
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a legal secretary and/or paralegal
- A legal Certificate or Diploma will be advantageous
- High level of computer literacy, specifically in, MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet – SAP would be advantageous
- High level of numeric and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of TransUnion and Deeds Web
- Quick learner, focused, high attention to detail, efficient and reliable
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and ability to prioritise and to adhere to strict deadlines
- High level reliability and integrity
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to be proactive
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Commitment, discipline, flexibility and willingness to go an extra mile
