In collaboration with one of our client partners (in the financial services sector), we are offering 12 months of job Customer Service Agents – Learnership to successful candidates.

Salary: R4 500.00 Per Month

Job Type: Internship

Duties:

Fulfil customer service requests via phone, email, mail and other platforms/media
Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships and excellent customer service with dealers and consumers
Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction, and following up
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/team sales targets and call-handling quotas
Go the extra mile to engage customers

Required Skills:

call centre: 1 year or less
customer care: 1 year or less

Candidate Requirements:

Matric/Grade 12
At least 6 months of call centre customer care experience (will be an advantage).
Basic understanding of the call centre environment.
At least 12 months of customer care experience will be an advantage.
Good Telephone Etiquette.
Computer literate.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal required.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to work and complete tasks with less supervision.
South African Citizen.
Must be aged between18-35 years.
Must be able to commute to Midrand.
